Today every company is a tech company.  In any company - a hospital, an airline, a bank, or a non-profit organization - the business is run through technology.  Business functions are digitally-enabled.,

Product

Businesses make money selling a product or service.  They hire product managers and developers.

Growth

As businesses grow, they use data to make decisions. They hire people to collect, analyze and present data.

Operations

All businesses run their back office functions with digital platforms. This is the part of business customers don’t see: the Human Resources department which hires employees, Finance, Legal, Real Estate.  And, as part of business operations companies have a tech infrastructure to handle IT needs like computer hardware, networking and cybersecurity.
